A second pair of hands for the small jobs around your yard. Weed pulls, edging, leaf cleanups, small shrub trims. If you can walk to my house I can walk to yours.
What I do
Hand-tool stuff that doesn't need a truck or a crew. Quote is per-job once I look — these are starting numbers for a small bed/area.

Get on knees, pull weeds and roots from beds. Lasts much longer than spraying.

Pressure-wash a patio if you have the washer, light power-rake a small area, plant a tree if you bought it. Ask.

- Mulch delivery / dumping — I don't have a truck. You buy + drop the bags, I'll spread them.
- Tree work over 12 ft or anything needing a ladder above arms-reach. Call a real arborist — wrong tool kills people.
- Stump grinding, sod laying, irrigation installs, retaining walls — out of scope for now.
- Hauling away a truckload of brush or yard waste. Small bags I can walk home with, sure. Big debris stays.
- Chemical treatments (lawn fertilizer programs, pesticide spraying). I'm not licensed; Indiana requires applicator license for commercial spray.
Service area
I don't own a work truck — I walk or ride my mower to jobs. So I work my own neighborhood in Elkhart only.
Send me your address. If it's a reasonable walk from mine, I'll say yes. If not, I'll be straight and tell you I can't reach you.
This service grows by neighborhood: once I have a couple of regulars on a street I'm there often, and adding more is easy.

Questions
Why so small-scope?
Because I don't have a work truck yet, so I won't promise things I can't deliver. The work I do, I do well. As the route grows I'll add gear — and update this page when I do.
Why not just hire a real landscaper?
You should, for big jobs. For "I just need someone to pull these weeds and trim these bushes," a real landscaper charges trip fees and minimums that make small jobs not worth it. That's where I fit.
How do you decide a price without seeing it?
I don't — the prices on this page are starting points. I do a walk-through (free) and quote the actual job. You say yes or no, no pressure.
Do you mow lawns?
Yes — that has its own page: r0ice.com/mowing. Riding mower only, same neighborhood-only rule.
Payment?
Cash, PayPal, or a Stripe link after the job. No deposit on small work.
Insurance?
General liability is in progress. Ask if you need a certificate before booking and I'll tell you where it is.
