These terms govern use of r0ice.com properties.
Use of services
- Don’t break our systems, abuse APIs, or impersonate other users.
- Be 13+ to use general services; 18+ for adult-themed content.
- Don’t use the services for illegal activity.
Payments
Paid services (GameBot SaaS top-ups, Watcher tokens, Checkup Pro, etc.) are billed via Stripe. Refunds: contact us within 14 days for case-by-case review.
Content + automation
Our bulk uploader posts only content owned by R0ice to R0ice-owned social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X). The uploader is single-tenant, owner-operated. We do not handle third-party content or accounts.
Limitation of liability
Services provided “as is”. We are a small operation and not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Account termination
We may suspend access for abuse. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
