Terms of Service.

1. Who we are.

R0ice LLC is a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Indiana, United States (Business ID 202607092017812). All references to "R0ice," "we," "us," or "our" mean R0ice LLC.

2. What you're buying.

A managed subscription website service. For your monthly fee we register your domain (or connect one you own), build and host a website for you, provision SSL, and make reasonable updates when you request them. Delivery of the first live site typically happens within 24–48 hours after payment.

3. What you're not buying.

• You are not buying the underlying source code, build tools, hosting infrastructure, or design system. Those remain the intellectual property of R0ice LLC.
• You are not buying unlimited server resources. Sites with unusually high bandwidth or storage may be asked to upgrade tier or migrate.
• You are not buying legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Your site content is your responsibility.

4. What you own.

• Your content. The words, images, and business info you provide remain yours.
• Your domain. Registered under R0ice LLC's registrar account during your active subscription. See our Refund Policy for cancellation handling.
• Your visitors' data. Any traffic or form submissions belong to you.

5. Acceptable use.

You may not use R0ice services to host or promote: illegal content or products; adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency promotion, weapons or pharmaceutical sales; content infringing intellectual property; phishing, malware, or spam; hate speech, harassment, or incitement.

Violations result in immediate suspension without refund and cooperation with law enforcement where applicable.

6. Payment.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal in USD. Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period; after that the site is suspended and eventually deprovisioned.

7. Cancellation.

Cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

8. Refunds.

See our Refund Policy. Short version: 30 days on the subscription fee, domain registration cost never refundable, chargebacks trigger permanent account termination plus a $50 recovery fee.

9. Availability.

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or consequential damages arising from downtime or third-party service outages.

10. Liability limit.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, R0ice LLC's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

11. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any dispute will first be attempted in good faith; if unresolved, jurisdiction and venue lie the State of Indiana, in the appropriate small claims or state court.
