Refund Policy.

1. Subscription fee — 30-day refund window.

If R0ice is not the right fit, you can request a full refund of your subscription fee within 30 days of your first payment. Email [email protected] with your business name and the reason. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original PayPal transaction.

2. Domain registration — never refundable.

Domain registration fees are paid immediately to the registrar at signup. These fees are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. If you cancel within 30 days:

• You can transfer the domain to your own registrar account for a $50 administrative fee, OR
• You can let the domain expire at the end of the annual registration period, OR
• R0ice will retain the domain in the R0ice LLC account.

3. One refund per household or business.

The 30-day refund window is available once per household, business, or shared payment method. Signing up multiple sites then refunding each is fraud. Repeat refund attempts from the same person, household, or business will be denied and future orders declined.

4. Value-received exclusion.

A refund will be denied if any of the following occurred during your 30-day window:

• Your site received more than 100 unique visitors.
• Your contact form or scheduling widget received any submissions.
• You published external links to your R0ice-hosted site (social media, business cards, etc.).
• You requested more than 3 rounds of revisions.

5. Beyond 30 days.

After 30 days, there are no refunds on partial-month periods. Cancel any time to stop future billing; access continues through the end of your paid period.

6. Chargebacks.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting R0ice will:

• Result in immediate and permanent termination of all R0ice services.
• Result in a $50 recovery fee billed to the original payment method, in addition to the disputed amount.
• Cause your name and email to be reported to PayPal's merchant seller-protection network.
• Bar you from any future R0ice service or referral program.

Please email us first — nine times out of ten we resolve issues in one message.

7. Fraud detection.

R0ice reserves the right to decline or reverse refunds where the pattern indicates fraud, including refund requests from disposable email addresses, coordinated activity on the same IP, or where the initial signup violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Currency.

All refunds are issued in USD via PayPal to the original payment method. Currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.
