1. Who's collecting.
R0ice LLC, a single-member limited liability company in Indiana, United States (Business ID 202607092017812). Data controller for the purposes of this policy.
2. What we collect from you directly.
- Business or channel name — used to build your site and register the domain.
- Email address — used to deliver your site and support. Never sold, never marketed to outside R0ice services.
- Preferred domain (optional) — used to purchase and configure your site.
- Promo code (optional) — used to calculate first-month pricing.
3. What we collect automatically.
- IP address — for fraud detection, rate limiting, and rough geographic understanding of our customer base.
- Browser + device info (user-agent, screen size, language, timezone, referring page, UTM parameters) — analytics and diagnostics.
- Form interaction timing — to distinguish humans from bots.
We do NOT collect: SSN, government ID, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric data.
4. What we collect from PayPal.
Your payment confirmation, amount, and transaction ID. We do NOT see your card number, PayPal password, bank account, or credit history.
5. How we use it.
- Deliver your site and process your subscription.
- Send support and delivery notifications by email.
- Detect and prevent fraud (rate limiting, chargeback patterns).
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records retained 7 years per IRS).
- Improve the service anonymously (aggregate analytics).
6. Who we share it with.
- PayPal — to process your payment.
- Cloudflare — for DNS and CDN.
- Domain registrar — a small amount of WHOIS-required information; registrar privacy service applied by default.
- Government authorities — only when legally compelled.
We do NOT sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. Ever.
7. Cookies.
R0ice's own pages use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cross-site tracking. Your site may include analytics you request — those are configured by you.
8. Data retention.
- Active customer records: retained while your subscription is active.
- Post-cancellation: intake and payment records retained 7 years for tax purposes, then deleted.
- Automatic collection logs (IPs, UAs, meta): rotated after 90 days.
9. Your rights.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. California, EU/UK, and other privacy law jurisdictions are honored regardless of local requirements.
10. Children.
R0ice services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Security.
All connections are SSL-encrypted. Payment data is handled by PayPal, not stored by us. Access to customer records is limited to R0ice LLC personnel.
12. Changes to this policy.
Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
