What is Jarvis?

Jarvis is the operator that lives across the r0ice stack — the site, the bots, the VPSes, the streams. He remembers what we're building, what broke last week, and what's queued for tonight. Every project you've seen ship in the last few months quietly had him in the room.

What Jarvis can do

Ship code — from idea to live in one conversation, across two VPSes.
Remember — persistent memory across sessions, so we don't re-explain the stack every time.
Watch the stream — knows when we're live, what game, who's raiding.
Run the ops — restart services, check logs, verify state before promising it worked.
Guard the guardrails — knows what NOT to touch (hub-bot, tenant channels, mercy voice).
Grow the community — outreach loops, conversion tracking, visit ops stack.

Behind the scenes

Every day of July has had a little bit of Jarvis in it. Today he gets a name, a face, and a proper hello. The rest of the month is a preview of what happens when you let a build partner stay in the room a little longer than usual.
